Omg! It's getting really good and I've just finished the first season! Argh! No way!!! I have to wait a whole longer for season 2!!! Noooooo!!! :l

Obsessed: Once Upon A Time series

I'm currently obsessed with this series! Not a good image here. Anyway, its such a good series. When I watch this series, it brings me back to my childhood when I used to read about fairytales or even watch them. When I see a character, I'll try to pin point what that character's name is even before they said it themselves. Its similar to when I watch Shrek! Its a wonderful childhood flashback with a modern and dark twist to it.

Here is how they depict The Little Red Riding Hood looks like. Very gothic, right? Very sexy too! She's the one on the right, of course! I love her character in this. Naughty, gothic and sexy. Not so little anymore! :) Wow! The image really sucks! Urgh! I can only paste this at its original size due to the pixel!

Here is one of my favourite characters. I love this boy very much and the series has not revealed his fairytale character yet. I love his enthusiasm, bravery, cheerful and imagination. He's a very lovable character. Can't wait to finish season 1. I saw that the 2nd season will only commence in Sep! Oh man! I'm really bummed! :(

Sleepy

I was supposed to avoid nasi lemak at all costs but I can't do so today. Stuck in the workshop again. Last time I was here, I didn't have breakfast or lunch. Not even a snack in between. This time, I'm well prepared. Bought nasi lemak from the famous "pakcik". Joked with him a bit this morning when I wanted more "sambal". He said, "kasi rendam sama dia!" Hahahaha... Funny "pakcik". Bought a few "kuihs" and I'm good to go. After eating the nasi lemak, I'm now extremely sleepy. Trying to keep myself awake by watching ONCE UPON A TIME. This series is so good! I've also brought my Delirium book in case I get tired watching the series. Hehehe... Yes. I'm VERY well prepared! I hate watching tv in the mornings as there are NOTHING good on! Don't trust me? Try switching on your tv. See how many times you "surf" using the remote! Am I right? :P

Major bill payment day!

I feel so relieved that I've paid all my bills today. A weight has been lifted off my shoulders. :) I need to save money a bit more too. I want to go on vacation. Domestic or international? Hmm... Gosh! I have so much to think about. :(


I'm currently waiting to save my video into my external hard drive and I'll upload it in a few minutes. I think I have just one more video in store. Yikes! I need to pre-record a few more! Oh no! Do I have time to do it this weekend? I hope so! Gosh! I've been extremely busy the past few weeks. However, as busy as I am, I would always make time to read. Hehehe... Its so relaxing to read. It transports me to another world. It keeps the brain active. :) Usually, I would always bring a book with me wherever I go. Its a great companion for those long waits at the bank or even whilst waiting for the waiter to serve your food. :) Take a book. Read a little. You'll really enjoy that "me" time. :)

It has been 5 days I've blogged. I've been extremely busy with trainings, a wedding and a long journey. All in all, no Internet to do any blogging with.

I had a whole day training. It was quite good. Learnt quite a number of things that will be helpful in my daily work. :)

Rest and work as normal.

Saturday
Went to Johor for a wedding. Hubby's side. :) such a tiring drive! The first and the last time we'll drive there! Next time, we're going by flight! At night we made a trip to JPO (Johor Premium Outlet). It was not bad. Almost all the stores would have discounts up to 70% off. I didn't get anything. Yeay!!! :D I had a good window shopping trip. I may shop the next time I'm there. :) We'll see. Came back on Sunday. Tired! :(

No name fairy tale character!

Have you ever realised that the Prince Charming character from Snow White has no actual name! Hahaha... Its really funny! Every other princes has one! Not him. Poor thing! Shall we give him a name? What would be best suited for him? Tell me...  :)

Yikes! No post yesterday!

Oh no! I just saw that I forgot to make a post yesterday. Ok. Here's a brief summary of what happened yesterday. We had a talk at the office. It was a good talk. I'm seriously going to practice it out!


For lunch I had Yong Tau Foo. It was not bad. I didn't want to have just side dishes yesterday. Thought i wanted to get Subway but it was getting a tad boring to eat that. By the way, have you tried the white chocolate macadamia cookie from them? Oooo... nice and chewy. Soft cookies. I would always order 2 or 3 of it. Usually, I prefer Italian BMT or the Subway Melt. I haven't tried the meatballs yet. My sister says that its a good choice. I will try it out next time. For the toppings, I would have green peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes and lettuce. For sauce, extra mayonnaise and thousand island. Oh, not forgetting, chili sauce too! :) Hehehe.. So, what are your toppings/ sauces or even type of Subway sandwich? Let me know, ok?

Frustration!

I'm sending my car again to the service center today. So frustrated with their lack of expertise! Still waiting here. Thank goodness for mediocre internet connection. No YouTube though. I brought Once Upon A Time DVD series plus the Delirium book just to kill the time. I hope this doesn't lasts too long! I'm planning on doing a requested tutorial after Zuhur or Asar prayers today. She needs it before this weekend. I hope I'm able to make the deadline. Thankfully, I'm on leave today. 


Talking about leave, I feel the need to go on vacation very soon. I'm stressed out! I need to put aside some money every month just so I can go for this vacation. My target would be after Raya holidays. I have 4 or 5 months to plan it out well. :) Let's hope I can meet the target! Wish me luck! :) 

Say NO to nasi lemak! :D

I need to bring my kain to the tailor today. New tailor. Never use him before. So, I'm a bit scared! :l


Going to Johor this weekend for a wedding. Such a distance to go for a wedding! Argh!!! Trying to squeeze a JPO visit. Just window shopping! :)


Today, I think I'll have just lauk for lunch. Mmm... Fried chicken! :D

Oh no!!!

Oh dearie me! I haven't blogged since last Thursday. Bad girl! I'm trying my best to upload a blog post on a daily basis. However, due to time constraints and too many tasks on hand, I forgot about it until now. I'm just going to elaborate what I did in the next few paragraphs. 


Friday

• I went to pick up my car from the workshop. Its supposed to be fixed by now. Reassured by the mechanic that it was. You'll see my frustration in a bit. >:l
• Went to Daiso with my sis and mom. Got a few things. I'll be going back there for one more thing. Beauty related. Will tell you in a video. 
• Oh, last Thursday, I picked up some necessities from the blog I made. All except one. I will do a video on this when I have the time. 
• I can't remember where we ate. Gosh!

Saturday

• Had a sisters day out with my friend and our sisters. 
• Brunch in Coffee Bean. Ate egg club sandwich, I think. It was not bad. Oh, we shared a chocolate cake too. Laugh, cried and talked a lot! It was so much fun! Its nice to have a girly day out once in awhile. :D I missed it! :)
• Thought I wanted to go to The Curve and then the thought of finding a parking lot and braving the jam was too much. 
• Came back with my sis to my house. Picked up my hubby. 
• Left for Subang Parade for lunch. Ate at Penang Nyonya. Not nice. Was reminiscing about the Char Koey Teow in Little Penang Cafe and the banana fritters with ice cream in Madam Kwan's! Gosh! Having food and dreaming about them is bad! Hehehe... :D
• Watched Dark Shadows. Good movie. I love Johnny Depp and Chloe Moretz! 
• The error message came on again in my car. Grrrr!!! I'm going to give a piece of my mind and fist to the mechanic! He has a lot to answer for next Wednesday! >:l

Today

I had nasi lemak for breakfast! I have to stop this! Must make it my monthly ritual instead of weekly! Yikes! I'm editing a video now and going to upload it today. I'm also going to record a few today! Oh my! Its going to get really busy today.

Next week

It'll be a busy schedule for me. Work wise, that is. Hopefully, I'll get to squeeze in an uploaded video next week.

Bored to the point of no return!

The title says it all. Ate nasi lemak and now feeling extremely sleepy! :O I've finished reading Julie & Julia. It's not really an "adventure" book. It's just a life anecdotes that the author went through getting through her cooking/ baking challenge. Sometimes it was a snooze fest. I still wanted to finish the book and had to skim through the boring bits. Now, I'm onto Delirium by Lauren Oliver. Just read the first few pages. Cannot review just yet. :) I hope you're having a good day!

I wasn't able to buy any cakes yesterday as my meeting finished quite late. Today, I'm dropping by Secret Recipe to get their cheesecake and a chocolate cake! Yummy! What are your cake suggestions if you had to choose from Secret Recipe?

Boring and hot morning

Its a very hot day. What's the temperature this afternoon? *checks iPod* Its 31 degrees C. By the heat of it, I thought we've reached the 40s! I'm having some leftover fried vermicelli for brunch. I don't think I will have much for lunch today. Maybe some "lauk". No rice! If you are wondering what "lauk" is, its dishes that you eat with rice. For example, it could be fried chicken, some veggies cooked in soy sauce, some fiery prawn "sambal", etc. Typical Malay dishes. 


Uh oh! I have an video idea. As the character in the cartoon, Despicable Me would say, "LIGHTBULLLLBBB!!!" I will make this into a video soon. I do hope I remember this. I need to write it down! How is your Tuesday coming along? 

I want some CAKE!!!

I've just watched a video of a person eating red velvet cupcake and cheesecake! OMG! Pure torture! Now, my stomach is growling for it! Even though I had a massive lunch of lots of "lauk" plus SATAY! Aiyaaaaa.... :O


Hubby said that we can go for a jog tomorrow and eat some cakes after! Hahaha!!! That's what I call a good workout! Very beneficial for my mental well being. Not my physical well being, though! :P

I need to get the following items. I've ran out of it completely! Nada! Squeezed out every last drop yesterday. Oh boy! 

1. Pantene leave in hair conditioner (never live without it!)
2. Silkygirl loose powder in natural light (Guardian is having 10% off on all Slikygirl products)
3. I feel like I'm missing something here. I have no idea what it is. Oh boy!  Rimmel mascara
4. Garnier BB cream
5. Garnier roll on eye concealer (I have no idea what its called. Just going by memory from what people mention it is 8) )

I hate going to the drugstore so many times especially when I forget something or when they have nothing new to offer, i.e new brands or products! :( Please remember. What else is there to buy?! I need to do a stock take. Starting from hair all the way down to my toes. Do you do that when you can't remember what else you need to buy at the drugstore? 

I've been intrigued to buy some Elite products but can never bring myself to purchase any! I wonder why that is. I've been wanting to get their face primer. Nothing else really stands out as much. There's also nothing new from Essence. The stay all day cream e/s has not arrived to our shores just yet. Bummer! :(

Oh... Rimmel mascara!!! That's the one missing from the list! I'm going to try out the new one that they have.  Can I just say that I LOVE their stay matte foundation?! I do, I really do!!! :)

So much to do, so little time!

Gosh, the weekend went by in a snap! Noooo... Not enough rest! So sad! :_( it's work as normal tomorrow. Hmm...


I need to make a video or 2 today. Before noon if I can. Then, my husband and I need to get a few tasks done today. The weekend will be over by then! Noooo... Sad but true! :(

Pampered myself! Yeay!

Yesterday, I've finally pampered myself. I've used one of the mybeautydiary masks to do it. Scrubbed my face really well and apply the mask on. Wait for about 30 mins. Reading Julie & Julia whilst waiting. The book is kind of boring now. Just a few more pages to finish it. Then, peel of the mask. Rub in any remainder emulsion into the skin. Proceed with Naruko serum and night jellies. My skin feels like its soaked up a gallon of water this morning! Aaaahhhh... So smooth. I'll repeat the same process on Sunday! :D

Drugstore Stopover

Most of the time when we're at the shopping mall, I make it a point to stop at the drugstore or pharmacies just to check out if there are any new makeup products or brands. Almost all of that time, I'm greeted with the makeup counters in disarray and sometimes the testers are nowhere to be found! Come on! At least rearrange the displays! Urgh! It shows that most of the time, the employees or the "beauty advisors" don't care! It's not as if I'm telling you that you need to man the makeup counters 24/7. Just every few hours, look at it and see if its in disarray, just arrange them! Not that difficult. We're talking makeup here. How heavy could it be to rearrange a few makeup products here and there?! *shakes head*

Laparnya!

Rasa mcm nak makan nasi lemak! Tak boleh! Dah byk kali makan dah! Nak kena kurangkan makan nasi. Klu boleh tak payah makan nasi langsung! Fikir pasal benda lain supaya lupa! :l

Nope! Didn't pamper myself! :(

I came back too tired from the office! Emotionally and physically drained. Took a shower and went about with my skin care routine and went straight to bed. Read Julie and Julia until the book literally fell on my face from me dozing off! Can you tell that I was tired? :(

Pamper thyself!

It's been awhile since I've had a facial. Home facial, that is. I don't know. Sometimes I feel so guilty not doing it but when I do want to do it, the thought of waiting for 15-30 mins and only after that the night skin routine starts, really stops me from reaching into the drawer to take out the mask! Sigh... I have to take better care of my skin! It needs it! Sometimes, foundations are not good! It can change the balance of your skin and of course, it obviously clog your pores! I'm going to make that effort tonight! I'm going to pamper my skin! I have to! It deserves it!

OMG! I'm so late in uploading my April 2012 favourites! Yikes! No free time! Oh man!

Red Auto Studio is not bad!

According to its deal page in Groupon, the waiting area was in some ways described as quite spacious! Well, the following images will show you how "big" it really is! However, there is an extension to the waiting area. A makeshift bar where you can drink some box drinks ( it was not available when I wanted to buy it :( ) plus you can even play a game or 2 as they have a ps3 there. I have to wait for 2 hours to get the car waxed and polished! I did some reading. I'm currently reading Julie & Julia. The couch was meh.. Comfy enough, I guess?! I did not want to sit on the stool for fear that I might just fall off it if I dozed off! How embarrassing would that be?! :O The horror!!!


The result from all that polishing?! Very impressive! They even polished the interior of my car! Exterior wise? Mirror-like shine! At the most, you'll pay RM298 for an interior and exterior polishing. I think it's not bad. It's great to invest just a bit in your car. You'll feel extremely confident driving around a clean and shiny car! It's the same thing as putting on a very pretty dress. So, take care of your car well. It will definitely care for you too. Trust me! :)

Tired but have to make the car SHINY!

I'm going to get my car polished and whatever tar that has stuck to its body removed. It deserves it. Its been a real trooper! I bought a voucher for this off Groupon. Valued at RM550 for only RM68! Not bad at all! However, make sure you read the fine lines at the bottom of the deal. Warning! Groupon can be very ADDICTIVE! :)

Blogging camera

Sigh... I know that lots of bloggers use DSLR cameras for their blogs for those amazing pictures. Unfortunately, I won't. I just can't justify buying a very expensive camera right now. My full HD video camera was one of the most expensive things I've purchased last year and I don't plan on making another big purchase this year. Too much on my plate at the moment. So, I hope that all of you are ok with me using my mere 10mp camera and some random photos taken from my iPod Touch.


Oh speaking of photos taken from my iPod Touch, here's one I took of the moon last night. The picture is a little bit grainy but it'll do. It's so beautiful! MasyALLAH!
